Role We are looking for a Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager, Platform Services to join our Cloud Operations - Platform Services department, reporting to the Sr. Director, Cloud Operations - Platform Services. This position is available as a remote or hybrid role at our San Jose HQ coming into the office 3 days per week. You will support our maturing platform through a unique blend of technical program management and vendor management skills. Your expertise in data center services, infrastructure, and carrier networks will be critical in delivering creative solutions and executing high-impact projects in a dynamic global environment. What you’ll do (Role Expectations) - Plan, source, negotiate, and deliver complex data center projects globally from inception to deployment - Negotiate with data center and carrier providers for colocation space, IP transit, dark fiber, and wave services while ensuring regional compliance - Conduct regular business and service reviews with global vendors to maintain high standards of service and delivery - Collaborate with technical and product teams to assess business requirements and track delivery of services to ensure timely utilization - Communicate updates to cross-functional partners, tailoring messaging from executive summaries to detailed technical briefings Who You Are (Success Profile) - You thrive in ambiguity. • Report directly to the executive team throughout consulting assignments for financial risk management clients • Manage a small team of professionals including employees and client resources • Identify, plan, coordinate, verify deliverables on customer engagements • Ensure data and information related to projects are managed within budget and time constraints • Collaborate with IT sponsors to establish project goals and risk assessments • Manage approved funding and cooperate with architecture team members • Create and manage a realistic project plan with buy-in from all resources • Deliver status reports to stakeholders and maintain communication among teams • Manage projects related to data warehouse, ETL, and reporting systems • Work closely with support teams to manage transition and warranty period
• Lead the direct negotiation of a significant portion of CareCentrix provider contracts across multiple health plans, payers, and product lines (DME, Sleep, Home Infusion, Home Health) to support strategic business goals. • Manage the full lifecycle of contract negotiations and renegotiations, ensuring all documents progress efficiently through to final signature. • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders—including Legal, Revenue Cycle leadership, and Care Service Center teams —to ensure contract terms align with operational requirements. • Ensure all contracts and associated fee schedules are complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner. • Facilitate the onboarding process for new providers joining the network. • Identify and coordinate alternative providers to ensure uninterrupted patient care during provider transitions or contract terminations. • Maintain a strong understanding of provider reimbursement methodologies (Home Health, DME, Home Infusion, Sleep) and stay informed on evolving payment models. • Build and strengthen relationships with key provider partners to drive collaboration and performance. • Partner with providers to develop contracting strategies that enhance network coverage with high‑quality, cost‑efficient providers delivering timely service to members.
