• Design and implement UI systems in Unreal Engine 5 using Blueprints, building interfaces from the ground up. • Create and maintain UI layouts, including interactive elements such as buttons, and connect underlying gameplay logic. • Work within and extend the MVVM architecture, integrating UI elements with existing data bindings and engineering frameworks. • Implement and maintain logic connections between gameplay systems and UI components. • Develop, apply, and refine complex UI materials and shaders, pushing visual fidelity while maintaining performance standards. • Create dynamic UI visual effects using materials (e.g., glows, electricity, sheens, and other stylized effects). • Prototype, sketch, test, and iterate on UI/UX concepts, translating ideas into polished in-engine implementations. • Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and artists in a remote development environment, proactively identifying cross-discipline dependencies and driving alignment. • Contribute to defining a minimal, intuitive, and effective UI that supports overall game design goals.

• You'll bring your rich and varied design career experience to bear to solve customer problems and create new moments of joy for our participants who use Prolific • You’ll build extensively for internal use cases and users, including in participant modeling platforms and tools for our Human Data Ops team • You’ll raise the bar in our Design Team, and co-own cross-functional areas like accessibility (we are WCAG 2.1 AA compliant) and our Design System with other design leaders • You will line-manage a group of 1-3 designers directly, and mentor others, coaching behaviours and skills, and modeling game-changing approaches by directly doing • You'll have user research and data analysis responsibilities

• Help drive the end-to-end digital experience from early concept through implementation, ensuring a well-crafted and beautiful outcome. • Tackle ambiguous, complex UX problems from definition through resolution. • Design, prototype, and test experiences that make complex flows feel simple and clear. • Bring a strong UI and visual sensibility to our on-vehicle display, creating pixel perfect designs ready for engineering handoff. • Share work regularly in design reviews and contribute to a culture of feedback and iteration. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across Design, Product, Engineering, Brand, and Content teams to deliver thoughtful experiences that balance user needs with strategic business goals.
