Job Requirements
- Passion for mobile: Demonstrated passion for designing with the latest native features for iOS and Android (e.g. Liquid Glass, Jetpack Compose etc) is a must.
- Leadership and presence: Proven ability to lead the end-to-end design of high-visibility design initiatives from concept to launch (and beyond). You’ll present work, lead crits and evangelize work across the organization.
- Systems thinking: Work across teams to create intuitive, connected user experiences that make our platform features feel seamlessly integrated on mobile.
- User-Centered Design: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Pro-research: Proven ability and desire to conduct and coordinate user research and usability testing throughout the product lifecycle to inform design decisions.
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in design tools like Figma and Miro, and demonstrated fluency with AI-native prototyping tools such as v0, Magic Patterns or Claude Code alongside Figma for rapid concept exploration and functional prototype generation.
- Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and align on goals.
- Mentorship: Drive strategic design initiatives and mentor junior designers, promoting best practices and fostering a culture of innovation

Your portfolio demonstrates an ability to create intuitive, elegant solutions that balance customer goals with business outcomes. You’re a strong advocate for customer-centered design, comfortable working in ambiguity, and skilled at bringing clarity and alignment across teams. The starting salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.
