• Work strategically and hands-on across the entire product development cycle, from discovery through delivery and continuous evolution, including problem definition, hypothesis formation, research, journeys, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, accessibility, testing, and post-launch follow-up. • Lead discovery and solution-definition processes, facilitating activities, alignments, and workshops with various stakeholders (product, engineering, pedagogical, commercial, and others). • Evaluate and implement the use of generative and assistive AI tools in the design process, both to optimize work and to enhance deliverables. • Advocate for the user’s perspective while taking into account business, technology, and social impact constraints, always proposing viable and scalable solutions. • Act as a mentor and technical reference for other designers, sharing best practices, providing feedback, and actively contributing to the growth of the design team. • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, bringing trends, tools, and methodologies that add value to the team and products.
