Role Description The UX Lead (Product & Growth) will take full ownership of user experience design and research across high-growth digital products, turning UX into a measurable driver of product performance. You will lead designers and frontend engineers, establish scalable design systems, and implement structured, data-driven UX research to optimize activation, retention, and conversion. This role offers the opportunity to shape the product experience end-to-end, collaborating closely with Product and Growth teams while directly influencing business outcomes. Qualifications - 5–8+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, preferably in D2C, SaaS, or consumer digital products. - Strong design leadership experience, including managing designers and implementing scalable design systems. - Expertise in UX research methodologies and ability to translate insights into product improvements. - Proficiency with analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Clarity, or similar, and experience turning data into actionable design decisions. - Deep understanding of user behavior, conversion, retention, and growth optimization. - Systems thinker with the ability to design scalable UX patterns, not one-off screens. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain design rationale and influence stakeholders. - High ownership mindset, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced, growth-focused environments. - Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams and designing in environments where UX is implemented directly in frontend. - Nice to have: experience in CRO, A/B testing, LegalTech or document tools, and consumer product experimentation.
