Sales Administrator

• Coordinate with the sales team to support transaction workflows from initiation through close, ensuring every detail is tracked, verified, and completed on time. • Process and accept incoming purchases into our inventory system, maintaining data integrity across records. • Schedule and update deliveries and inventory in coordination with relevant teams, flagging discrepancies and resolving issues proactively. • Partner with finance to prepare, track, and reconcile invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. • Support proposal development by producing polished, well-organized documents that represent ClimeCo's brand and capabilities effectively. • Assist with responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), synthesizing information across teams to produce accurate and competitive submissions. • Compile and maintain sales and forecast reports that inform leadership decision-making. • Conduct market research to support the Product Team's positioning and deal strategy. • Manage and maintain data within our CRM and inventory platforms, ensuring records are current, clean, and audit-ready.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written communication skills, including the ability to produce clear and professional documents.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adopt new software and applications independently.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Coursework, internship, or project experience in sales support, operations, research, finance, or a related area is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to travel occasionally, approximately 1 to 3 times per year.
