• Manage and drive a full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview, feedback and offers for all levels of candidates. • Build pipeline for multiple requisitions across business teams and geographies. • Partner with talent partners, hiring managers, HR operations and finance to build hiring strategy and plan. • Provide exceptional candidate experiences. Create new ways to surprise and delight candidates as they go through our interview process. • Accurately track candidate data and use systems correctly to be able to report to the business.
Job Requirements
- 5 - 7+ years full cycle recruiting experience is required.
- Experience recruiting in high volume, general & administrative functions is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly.
- Well-developed analytical and influencing skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.

Job Description: Profile Title: Talent Acquisition Business Partner Location: Remote – US or any dentsu office Role Purpose As the TA Business Partner, you are a key member of the Talent Acquisition team at dentsu. You are responsible for executing the defined talent acquisition strategy and processes to hire the best talent for dentsu. Reporting into your designated Hub Manager or Career Advocate, you will partner with TA Sourcing Specialists/Partners and Hiring Managers to define recruiting strategies and usher identified talent through the interview process. This role partners closely with others on the talent acquisition team, HR, and business partners to attract, engage, and select qualified candidates in line with agreed upon talent plans and timelines. This role may be focused on external talent mapping and benchmarking, diversity & inclusion, external sourcing, interviewing, candidate management and negotiation, and employment branding.
