• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for our Revenue and Product & Engineering organizations, from sourcing to offer negotiation. • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. • Partner closely with hiring managers and executive leadership to understand their team's needs and provide strategic guidance on hiring. • Utilize Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter and other tech to manage your pipeline, track progress, and report on key metrics. • Act as a brand ambassador for Extend, effectively communicating our mission, values, and culture. • Maintain a fast-paced, results-oriented approach to recruiting, consistently meeting and exceeding hiring goals. • Serve as a trusted advisor to candidates, proactively keeping them engaged and 'warm' throughout the recruiting process. • May support other roles and departments as needed based on bandwidth.

Job Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience recruiting for start-ups in the tech industry, with a strong focus on Revenue and Product & Engineering hiring.
  • Expertise in developing and executing effective sourcing strategies and direct candidate outreach.
  • Hands-on experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and advise executives on hiring decisions and talent strategy.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong relationships.
  • A track record of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • A passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

We are seeking a recruiter who will work very collaboratively with our client to attract top tier talent for their open positions. This recruiter will be well versed within clinical and allied health recruiting. Responsibilities: - Assist with the sourcing of candidates for the client's clinical vacancies. - Assist with building pipelines for candidates who have allied health experience. - Heavy client facing responsibilities including managing daily information/candidate data tracking, providing information to the client as needed, resolving problems, participating in client meetings, and maintain a high level of customer retention and satisfaction. - Collaboration with the hiring team to seek new avenues to attract candidates and proactively brainstorm new strategies and solutions. - Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS is accurate.  - Diligently track recruiting metrics to ensure success. - Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives. - Work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and researchers. - Openness to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends.
