The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition – Operations and Infrastructure, will lead the strategy and execution of initiatives that improve the efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition function in a high-growth environment. This role is responsible for optimizing how th Finish e TA team leverages its technology stack (ATS, CRM, sourcing and engagement tools), refining processes, and driving continuous improvement across the hiring lifecycle. The role will evaluate and recommend new technologies, lead implementation efforts, and ensure our systems and workflows support strong hiring outcomes and positive experience for candidates, hiring managers, and the TA team. This role will partner closely with TA leadership, HR, IT, and business stakeholders to align technology, process, and strategy. Essential Functions - Own and execute TA technology strategy across ATS, CRM, and related tools to improve recruiter productivity, hiring outcomes, and overall operational efficiency - Drive process improvement and standardization across the recruiting lifecycle to increase speed, consistency, and quality of hiring outcomes - Evaluate, recommend, and implement new TA technologies, including leading requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, testing, and rollout - Lead and develop TA operations team members (Systems Manager and Sr. Coordinator), setting priorities, driving accountability, and ensuring strong execution - Oversee and optimize the Employee Referral Program, including process design, system enablement, communication, and performance tracking - Partner cross-functionally with TA, HR, IT, and business leaders to align systems, integrations, and workflows with hiring needs - Collaborate with the Recruitment Marketing Manager to ensure systems (ATS, CRM, career site, and related tools) effectively support marketing campaigns, candidate engagement, and employer branding efforts - Manage TA vendors and external partners, including performance, utilization, and alignment across ATS, CRM, recruitment marketing, RPO, scheduling, and onboarding - Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new systems and processes through communication, training, and stakeholder engagement - Partner with Data/IT to define reporting needs and support development of dashboards and insights that inform TA strategy and performance - Track TA-related spend, evaluate ROI on tools and vendors, and support forecasting and budget planning Required Skills & Abilities - Ability to lead TA technology strategy and optimization efforts across ATS, CRM, and related tools - Strong cross-functional partnership skills with TA, HR, IT, and business leaders - Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority - Experience leading projects or initiatives that improve recruiting processes and outcomes - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment - Experience leading change management efforts, including communication, adoption, and stakeholder alignment - Strong vendor management skills, including evaluating performance and identifying opportunities for improvement - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and inform decisions (in partnership with data/IT where applicable) - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal - Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment Required Credentials - 8–10+ years of experience in recruiting or Talent Acquisition, with exposure to TA operations, systems, or optimization - Experience working with and optimizing ATS and/or CRM platforms - Experience working with Phenom and iCIMS preferred - Experience contributing to or supporting system implementations or major enhancements - Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Human Resources, Technology, or related field) Competencies - Strategic Thinking & Execution: Translates business needs into scalable TA operations strategies and drives execution against them - Technology & Systems Optimization: Leverages ATS, CRM, and related tools to improve efficiency, adoption, and hiring outcomes - Process Improvement & Operational Excellence: Identifies gaps, streamlines workflows, and builds repeatable, scalable processes - Change Management: Leads and supports adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working across TA and the business - Cross-Functional Partnership: Builds strong relationships with TA, HR, IT, and business leaders to align priorities and drive results - Stakeholder Influence: Communicates effectively and gains buy-in from senior leaders without direct authority - Vendor Management & Evaluation: Manages external partners, evaluates performance, and aligns vendor capabilities to business needs - Analytical Thinking: Uses data and insights to inform decisions, identify opportunities, and improve performance (in partnership with data/IT as needed) - Project & Program Management: Leads multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timelines, ownership, and outcomes are clear - Ownership & Accountability: Takes full ownership of initiatives and outcomes, driving work forward with minimal oversight Compensation: - $150,000-170,000 annually (Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience, and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position) Expanding Access to Quality Care At PT Solutions, we’re more than colleagues; we’re a tight-knit community united in our mission to expand access to quality care.
