• Develop creative strategies grounded in audience insight, cultural signals, and performance learnings. • Translate research, data, and platform knowledge into clear briefs and messaging frameworks. • Craft compelling narratives that guide creative ideation and align with business goals. • Present strategic thinking confidently to clients and internal teams. • Ensure ideas are both big-picture and executable within paid media channels. • Write clear, persuasive briefs and presentations that elevate creative direction. • Partner with Associate Creative Strategy Directors and fellow strategists to build and refine strategy. • Collaborate with Analytics, Media, and Creative teams to ensure strategy is grounded in proof and feasibility. • Support creative ideation by connecting concepts back to audience insight and intent. • Contribute to testing roadmaps and learning agendas through a creative lens. • Participate in brainstorms and workshops, helping shape ideas that ladder to strategy. • Stay curious about emerging cultural trends, storytelling formats, and digital platforms. • Continuously refine storytelling, writing, and presentation craft. • Apply learnings from campaign performance to inform future strategy.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, content/comms strategy, or performance marketing.
- Strong storytelling ability with excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Confidence and presence when presenting strategy to clients and teams.
- Understanding of how creative executes across paid media platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snap, programmatic).
- Ability to think conceptually while grounding ideas in execution realities.
- Collaborative mindset and comfort working in partnership with senior strategists.
- Experience writing strategy for B2C brands; tech experience is a plus.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and turning inputs into clear direction.
