Partner Operations Manager

• Support management of the AWS and Microsoft partner programs, helping ensure technical and business requirements are met and partnership benefits are tracked in collaboration with senior team members. • Manage day-to-day lead registration and co-sell processes in cloud provider tools, including general cloud lead management and initial sales communications with cloud sellers, Seeq sales executives, and account managers, escalating complex issues as needed. • Coordinate cloud marketplace transactions, revenue tracking, and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates. • Coordinate cloud training and readiness programs for Seeq VAR (Value Added Reseller) and services partners, including scheduling, communications, and tracking participation. • Support VAR partner management, including coordinating contracts, onboarding, and offboarding of VAR partners. • Maintain tracking and reporting on partner progress against their named account lists. • Coordinate lead distribution to partners and maintain reporting on outcomes. • Organize Seeq participation in partner co-sell activities and regular co-sell meetings and communications with partners (e.g., win wires, newsletters). • Execute campaigns to drive Seeq demand generation through VARs and cloud partners under guidance from marketing and sales leadership, ensuring timely and accurate execution of agreed plans. • Identify and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of partner and cloud programs. • Track and report on KPIs that measure the performance of partner and cloud programs; contribute input into targets and program reviews based on data and observed trends. • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and partner contacts, ensuring clear communication and reliable follow-through on commitments.

Job Requirements

  • 4-year college degree, preferably in sales, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in partner marketing, sales operations, or channel management, preferably in B2B software or technology.
  • Experience working with partners or customers in process manufacturing industries (e.g., oil & gas, renewable energy, pharmaceuticals, chemicals) or adjacent industrial markets is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud and modern software technologies and/or marketplace programs (e.g., AWS, Microsoft) preferred.
  • Experience working with virtual teams and/or management a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong communication skills; able to exchange non-routine information using tact and persuasion as appropriate.
  • Comfortable working with data to support reporting, analysis, and recommendations.
