• The Sourcing Manager plays a key role in executing sourcing strategies, leading supplier evaluations, and supporting cost optimization initiatives. • Responsible for managing sourcing events, negotiating competitive commercial terms, and partnering with cross-functional teams. • Contributes to category strategy development while focusing on operational execution, supplier performance, and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Project Mgmt., Business, or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in sourcing or procurement (Capex, MRO, Opex).
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of sourcing processes, cost analysis, and contract management.
- Experience with procurement systems (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, etc.).
- Fluent in English

• Configure contracted pricing, billing terms, and service parameters within internal systems to ensure accurate invoicing and ordering functionality • Translate contract language (fee schedules, terms, amendments) into system configurations and updates • Support implementation of new clients and providers by setting up and maintaining accurate system data • Maintain and update provider, client, and equipment catalog data to reflect current offerings and contract terms • Partner cross-functionally with Contracting, Implementation, Billing, and Client Services teams to resolve issues and ensure alignment • Perform ongoing system audits and quality checks to ensure 100% accuracy in configuration work • Serve as a resource for troubleshooting configuration issues and improving system processes
• Own the hotel sourcing process from client kickoff, to RFPs, through signed contracts, including negotiating contract terms and clauses • Partner with event planners on sourcing needs for clients • Work with supply partners to ensure RFP accuracy to reduce sourcing errors, and reduce the overall time it takes us to complete the sourcing product platform-wide as a first issue priority • Regularly review the sourcing funnel and analyze needs, opportunities, and potential blockers • Demonstrate exceptional client obsession by consistently meeting or exceeding client expectations • Adapt to changing client requests with a positive attitude and a focus on finding solutions • Own process improvement and documentation for best practices to ensure the team is set up for success • Establish an ongoing feedback loop with the partnerships team on hotel performance
