Role Description We are looking for a qualified Dietary Aide to prepare and serve food to people in our facilities. You will deliver dishes and ensure good sanitary conditions in cooking and dining premises. A Dietary Aide must be capable of preparing food following instructions while adhering to all safety and health standards. They must be competent and conscientious with a customer-oriented approach. The goal is to provide excellent food services by following instructions and standards. - Set up tables or other dining areas with attention to cleanliness and order. - Prepare meals under the supervision of a dietary manager or cook. - Deliver dishes and trays at designated times and rooms. - Take down dining areas and collect plates, glasses, etc. - Discard leftovers and take out the garbage. - Clean food stations and wash dishes, cooking vessels, and silverware. - Stock ingredients and monitor inventory. - Assist in keeping track of expenses and menu planning. - Help maintain kitchen equipment and appliances. Qualifications - Proven experience as a dietary aide. - Further experience in customer service will be appreciated. - Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines. - Skilled in preparing meals according to instructions. - Apt in operating cookware, bakeware, and cooking appliances. - Friendly with good communication skills. - Good physical condition and stamina. - High school diploma or equivalent; certification in food services is a plus. The Procurement Coordinator-Contractor 2nd Shift will procure parts and services needed to maintain clinical engineering equipment for TRIMEDX clients. The Coordinator is responsible for prioritizing requests based on defined criteria, creating and itemizing purchase orders, purchasing from approved suppliers, and purchasing orders processed timely for receipt and payment. The Coordinator is customer-focused and proactively provides support and solutions for our Operations team and TRIMEDX clients. This role will ensure requests are processed timely, comply with the Supply Chain strategy, and deliver on time to support the success of our clinical asset management program. Contractor: This role is for a Contractor, for a fixed duration of time, and will be contracted though our third-party vendor partner agency. Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour 2nd Shift Hours: 11:30 am - 8:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday Location: Candidates must currently reside in the central Indiana region, within 100 mile radius Indianapolis; also can be currently located in the Charlotte, NC region within 100 mile radius of Charlotte. Responsibilities - Review and prioritize requests based on urgency and critical need; follow the life cycle of a requisition from request to delivery and receipt. - Create and submit POs to a supplier following the approved sourcing matrix, master agreements (MSA), and procurement policies and procedures with accuracy and speed. - Communicate with suppliers and utilize shipping websites to gather tracking information or relevant documentation; reconcile with timeframes submitted by technicians and take action to ensure timely delivery and receipt. - Communicate exceptions or delays to technicians and provide timely follow-up on order inquires. - Reconcile supplier invoices with FSRs, master agreements and entitlements to capture savings. - Answer technician questions concerning procurement policies and procedures; handles complex issue resolution with support from peers and manager. - Support technicians and suppliers with part identification, urgent orders, and order updates. - Review and update the purchase order with accurate core exchange and return information. - A supervisor may assign ad hoc responsibilities based on business needs. - All other duties as assigned. Skills and Experience - Minimum of 1-year relevant work experience; purchasing or supply chain preferred. - Customer service experience preferred. - Experience in healthcare industry preferred. - Positive, team player, strong interpersonal skills; proven ability to efficiently prioritize tasks to delivery results. - Strong customer centric mentality and customer service skills - Well organized and able to adapt to change. - Strong written, and verbal communication skills; vocalize issues and solutions proactively. - Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. - Must be willing to work a non-traditional schedule, as needed during any open hours of the department.
