This role is ideal for someone who is strong in written communication, thrives in structured outbound environments, and can consistently execute follow-ups to drive meeting bookings. This is not a strategy or closing role — it is focused on consistent outbound execution, messaging quality, and pipeline generation. What You’ll Own Outbound Email Outreach (Primary Focus) - Execute high-volume outbound email campaigns daily. - Personalize outreach messaging to improve response rates. - Continuously refine messaging using tools like ChatGPT. Outbound Calling (Secondary Focus) - Conduct targeted outbound calls to prioritize prospects. - Support email outreach with call-based follow-ups. - Engage prospects to drive interest and conversions. Lead Management & Follow-Ups - Manage leads and follow-ups across structured outbound sequences. - Ensure no lead is missed through consistent tracking. - Maintain engagement across long sales cycles. Prospect Qualification & Meeting Booking - Qualify prospects based on defined criteria. - Book meetings for the sales team efficiently. - Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads. CRM Management & Data Accuracy - Maintain clean and structured CRM records. - Log activity, notes, and next steps consistently. - Track pipeline movement and engagement status. Performance Tracking & Optimization - Monitor daily and weekly outreach performance. - Adjust messaging and approach based on results. - Maintain consistency in activity and output. Must-Have Experience & Skills Non-Negotiables - Proven experience as an outbound SDR (email-heavy outreach preferred). - Strong written English communication skills (clear, persuasive, error-free). - Experience executing structured outbound sequences and follow-ups. - Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar). - Comfortable working with activity targets and performance metrics. - Ability to work full-time (Monday–Friday) with long-term commitment. Nice-to-Haves - Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT for email personalization. - Experience selling into U.S. or UK markets. - Familiarity with outbound tools such as Apollo or Outreach. - Prior cold calling experience. Key Metrics for Success - Number of emails sent and campaigns executed. - Response and reply rates. - Meetings booked for the sales team. - Follow-up consistency and pipeline coverage. - CRM data accuracy and activity tracking.
