• Leads and develops a team of seven sourcing professionals • Drives category strategies across the full vendor lifecycle in partnership with senior leadership • Responsible for building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring high-quality and timely sourcing support • Oversees intake, triage, savings, sourcing pipeline, and diversity and sustainability initiatives

• Secure donated fresh produce from cooling facilities, shippers, and brokers across the Yuma, El Centro, and Calexico corridor • Identify and recover stranded or surplus produce loads that would otherwise go to waste • Build and maintain strong relationships with produce industry partners • Conduct regular in-person visits with cooling facilities and industry partners • Coordinate distribution of recovered produce with the appropriate logistics partners • Work with the SPC logistics team for product sourced within Arizona • Work with the CAFB logistics team for product sourced within California • Coordinate transportation with the Yuma-based CDL driver and regional freight partners • Ensure recovered product moves quickly to reduce waste and maintain quality • Supervise the Yuma-based CDL driver • Maintain accurate donor records and sourcing data • Generate reports and metrics related to sourcing activity and recovered pounds • Maintain regular communication with AzFBN sourcing and supply chain teams • Ensure proper food safety handling and traceability procedures

• Provide support of Integrated Facilities client and internal stakeholders related to optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies in the Life Sciences vertical. • Responsible for delivering market, supplier and operational intelligence of services operations; • Identifying and leading appropriate field resources to execute strategic initiatives. • Be a subject matter expert in support of JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships and program management. • Help to build out and implement standardized and efficient sourcing processes for the account to help streamline current program. • Develop sourcing plan and strategy for the account focused on cost savings, supplier consolidation, sustainability and supplier diversity. • Closely participate in and with clients and Jones Lang LaSalle Sourcing, Facility and Property Management teams to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to the client. • Lead and manage all sourcing-related functions: performing due diligence and assessment of prospective suppliers, executing RFPs/bids and ensuring effective transition to operations during implementation. • Regularly provide detailed status updates and communication to Supply Chain and business stakeholders. • Provide management, instruction and follow-up in support of operations teams RFP/bid, contracting, supplier onboarding and operational processes. • Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectations. • Help lead Quarterly Business Reviews with key suppliers. • Support Category Management team’s supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers. • Ensure compliance to JLL’s and client’s sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics. • Help maintain data integrity in all systems and ensure required documentation is received and required process steps are completed. • Establish relationship with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or other contract changes and are formally reviewed and approved by legal/risk management. • Support and assist development of diversity programs in accordance with clients and company requirements. • Mentor/educate suppliers through meetings.

• Support the development and execution of category specific procurement strategies to optimize spending, strengthen supplier partnerships, and enhance the delivery of goods and services. • Assist in managing key spend categories by coordinating supplier activities, performing spend analysis, and supporting sourcing initiatives that align with organizational goals. • Develop and implement category-level procurement strategies focused on cost efficiency, service quality, and risk mitigation across assigned indirect spend areas. • Support the evaluation, selection, and ongoing management of suppliers within assigned categories, including performance monitoring and issue resolution. • Manage contract-related activities, including supporting negotiations, renewals, amendments, and compliance tracking. • Conduct spend analysis and supplier reviews to identify trends, savings opportunities, consolidation opportunities, and process improvements. • Execute sourcing initiatives such as RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, including supplier identification, data collection, and evaluation of responses cross functionally. • Partner with internal stakeholders (Operations, Clinical, Finance, IT, Marketing, and Professional Services) to align category strategies with business needs and operational priorities. • Ensure timely and accurate execution of category-related procurement transactions in accordance with procurement policies and approval requirements. • Maintain complete and accurate category documentation, sourcing files, supplier records, and compliance materials. • Collaborate closely with the Procurement Analyst to leverage analytics, validate savings, and support category strategy execution.
