About the role - you will: We are seeking a Senior Staff Program Manager of Corporate Communications to help shape how our technology, innovation, and leadership are understood by customers, partners, industry analysts, media, CIO’s and the broader market. This role is designed for a senior level communications leader who can translate complex, highly technical topics into clear, credible, and compelling stories, while operating confidently in a fast moving, global technology environment. The Sr. Staff Program Manager will play a critical role in corporate and brand communications, executive and thought leadership programs, media relations, industry analyst relations and issues management—partnering closely with senior leaders, marketing, legal, HR, government relations and regional teams. Key Responsibilities Corporate & Brand Communications - Develop and execute integrated corporate communications strategies that support business priorities, brand positioning, and long‑term reputation. - Translate complex business, technology, or industry topics into clear, compelling narratives for external audiences. - Lead execution for corporate communications initiatives, demonstrating proficiency in delivering storylines and media relations leadership needed to deliver tier-one business tech press results. - Ensure message consistency across press, owned channels, executive platforms, and stakeholder communications. Industry Analyst Relations - Define and lead the global enterprise tech analyst relations strategy aligned to business priorities, technology roadmap, and corporate narrative. Establish clear engagement models, governance, and best practices for analyst interactions across regions and business units. - Serve as the senior point of contact for priority analyst firms (e.g., Gartner, IDC, Forrester, Everest, Moor Insights, Futurum, etc.). - Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with leading technology, infrastructure, AI, cloud, and enterprise analysts. - Lead analyst briefings, deep‑dive sessions, inquiry programs, and executive engagements. - Ensure analysts have a clear understanding of company strategy, technology differentiation, and long‑term vision. Media Relations & Issues Management - Translate complex technology topics—such as infrastructure, AI, cloud, data, hardware, or enterprise software—into clear narratives for business, financial, and technical audiences. - Demonstrate proven relationships with top‑tier business and technology, and trade media. - Lead proactive media outreach, announcements, and storytelling opportunities. - Support crisis and issues management planning and response, including message development, coordination, and rapid execution. Executive & Thought Leadership Communications - Partner with senior executives to elevate visibility through media, speaking engagements, and external platforms. - Develop executive messaging, briefing materials, Q&A, and spokesperson preparation. - Support executive social media presence and long‑form thought leadership content as appropriate. Cross‑Functional Collaboration - Work closely with marketing, investor relations, government relations, legal, HR, and regional communications team members to ensure alignment and coordination. - Manage agency partners and vendors as needed to support program execution. - Contribute to setting measurement and reporting goals and achievements to demonstrate impact and inform strategy. About you: - Extensive experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related fields. - Proven experience leading media relations, industry analyst relations and corporate communications programs in a large, complex organization. - Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to communicate clearly to executive‑level and external audiences. - Proven experience developing conference/event plans and leading execution aligned to senior leadership team goals and objectives. - Experience supporting executive communications and high‑stakes, high‑visibility initiatives. - Sound judgment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively under pressure. Your experience includes: - Experience in enterprise technology, infrastructure, cloud, AI, semiconductors, enterprise/B2B, data, or hardware software ecosystems. - Experience managing agencies and cross‑regional communications programs. - Familiarity with executive thought leadership, speaking programs, and social platforms. - Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or equivalent experience.
