Principal Program Manager, PMO Cloud Data Center

NVIDIA

• Capture program requirements from NVIDIA Commercial customers, team members to create proposals and agreements required to complete projects for HPC, Data Center or Cloud-based Deployments. • Prioritize and schedule projects; track and report project delivery; and communicate results to keep program aligned to strategy and mitigate risk. • Implement the plan you craft by: scoping the project, identifying and assembling the core support team, formally kicking off the project with customers, developing a joint project timeline, supporting the project and account teams by providing technical collateral/tools, leading engineering design reviews, ensuring the implementation of any customer-required features, driving resolution of any blocking issues/bugs, and ensuring timely customer acceptance and production deployment. • Coordinate and lead Program discussions and clearly and accurately communicate requirements, issue status to the customer and internal (including executive) teams. • Work closely with engineering, operations, quality, product management, and sales teams to resolve technical and logistical issues, set accurate expectations and keep the scope of the projects on a track to successful execution. • Define the strategy and tactics for efficiently implementing GPU-based product solutions, and integration of these solutions, from evaluation/proof-of-concept to design/development/qualification/validation, through customer acceptance for a wide variety of NVIDIA customers. • Travel up to 10%

Job Requirements

  • BS/MS (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Computer Science or Business with technical program management experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification a must.
  • HPC Clustering or Data-Center technologies experience.
  • 15+ years of project/program management in a technical setting; 8+ years of validated experience in HPC/Data Center setting.
  • Experience and deep customer savvy born of running significant and complex programs, especially with strategic customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with complementary teams and functional groups
  • Experience with Confluence, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Salesforce.
  • Proactive, self-starter with ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently and adapt to shifting priorities.
