Location We are hiring for this role to be based in the United States or Canada. This is a remote role unless you fall within the following parameters. If you live within approximately 50 miles of our San Mateo, CA or Provo, UT office, the position follows a hybrid schedule with in-office days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. About The Role We're looking for a GTM Engineer to join our Revenue Operations team. This is a hands-on builder role at the intersection of sales, marketing, product, and customer success. You'll design, build, and maintain the automation infrastructure and operational systems that power our entire GTM motion. You don't need years of experience. You need to be sharp, technical, curious, and resourceful. If you're someone who automates your own workflows for fun, reaches for AI before a manual process, and loves figuring out how systems connect, this role was built for you. What You'll Do Sales Operations (~30%) - Build automation tooling and workflows that help Account Executives and SDRs move faster and close more deals - Design and maintain lead enrichment and routing pipelines to ensure the right leads reach the right reps instantly - Create HubSpot automations, workflows, and integrations that keep the sales process clean and efficient - Build productivity tools, deal alerts, and Slack integrations that keep the sales team informed in real time - Document and communicate automations clearly so every AE and SDR can use and trust the systems you build Success Operations (~20%) - Automate customer health scoring inputs and create alert workflows that surface at-risk accounts to CSMs in real time - Build onboarding automation sequences: triggered workflows, task creation, and Slack notifications that keep CSMs and customers moving through the onboarding process - Build automation tooling that supports Solutions Attorneys: track prompt library usage, workshop attendance, and per-account adoption metrics - Automate the routing of customer feedback and Voice of Customer signals from Solutions Attorney interactions into HubSpot for CS and Product visibility - Maintain data hygiene across customer and contact records and flag anomalies Partner Operations (~20%) - Build and maintain partner tracking in HubSpot: sourced deals, referral attribution, co-sell pipeline, and partner contact records - Design and automate partner lead routing so referrals reach the right AE instantly and with full context - Build partner onboarding automation: intake forms, welcome sequences, and HubSpot enrollment triggers - Create partner-sourced pipeline and attribution dashboards for leadership review - Own integrations between partner tooling (PartnerStack, Crossbeam, or equivalent) and HubSpot - Maintain data hygiene across partner records and flag anomalies CRM Management (~15%) - Own HubSpot health: properties, pipelines, record structure, data integrity, and ongoing hygiene - Triage and resolve CRM issues raised by AEs, SDRs, and sales leaders - Build one-off reports, segments, and views that give GTM leaders the data they need, when they need it - Guide team members on CRM best practices AI Tool Evaluation & Implementation (~15%) - Continuously evaluate new AI vendors and automation tools for the GTM tech stack - Lead initial implementation and ongoing maintenance when new tools are adopted - Stay current on what's emerging in AI and automation, and bring your recommendations to the team - Help the team understand the art of the possible: what to build, what to buy, and when What You’ve Done - Genuine excitement about automation, AI tools, and building operational systems - Hands-on experience, professional or self-taught, with tools like Clay, HubSpot, Lindy, n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar - Comfort with AI-assisted development: Cursor, Replit, Claude Code, or equivalent vibe-coding environments - Actual coding skills (Python, JavaScript, or SQL) are a strong plus; the more technical you are, the bigger your impact - Bonus: experience as an AE or SDR at a SaaS or AI company; you'll bring first-hand instincts for what GTM teams actually need - Strong bias toward action; you ship things, you don't just plan them - High agency and ownership mentality; you see a problem, and you fix it - Clear communicator who can document and teach what you build A Note On Pace We’re building something new in a once-in-a-generation shift in technology and the legal industry, so we move at a relentless pace. Compensation GC AI's compensation package includes a competitive base salary benchmarked against real-time market data, as well as equity for all full-time roles. We also offer exceptional benefits, as well as commission plans for applicable roles. Our US-based compensation range for this role is $90,000 – $130,000. Actual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, location, market demand, and other factors. These compensation bands are just the starting point.
