• Payments Operations: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to customer transactions. Perform daily or weekly payments to vendors or business partners. • Reconciliations: Manage transaction statements to perform reconciliations of company assets. Carry out controls to ensure financial data quality, completeness, and integrity, providing support to the Finance team. • Cards: Monitor transaction processing, including authorizations and settlements. Manage debit card transaction disputes and fraud claims. Assist the Customer Support team with customer inquiries. • Back Office: Assist with various operations-related tasks, ensuring the timely completion of all related activities. • Project Participation: Contribute to ad hoc tasks and projects with a flexible and proactive attitude. • Process Improvement: Develop, maintain, and improve operational policies, processes, and procedures to enhance efficiency. • Internal Controls: Identify, propose, and document enhancements to processes and internal controls to align with industry best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant experience in an Operations department, ideally from a bank, fintech, or financial institution.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in at least one of the following: payments, banking, financial reconciliation, or card disputes.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (fluent in written and spoken English).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Data-oriented mindset with advanced Excel or database skills and high attention to detail.
  • A keen interest in technology and cryptocurrencies.
