Work Location: - Remote eligibility Responsibilities - Coordinate activities and documents to execute contracts and grants management services, including analyzing and summarizing annual reports from grantees. - Perform complex management and administrative duties requiring attention to detail and analysis, including strategic planning and financial analysis and preparing specialized program and project budgets and reports (e.g., technical reviews, carryover requests, contract modifications) to support operational needs. - Maintain records that provide for the proper evaluation, control and documentation of assigned activities; prepare a variety of written correspondence, reports and other materials. - Monitor operations of the program to ensure that policies and procedures are being followed, that goals and objectives are met, and that services and projects are being accomplished efficiently and effectively; take corrective action. - Perform strategic planning and financial analysis, including preparation of project budgets to include operational needs. - Prioritize and allocate available program resources by reviewing and evaluating program and service delivery. Make recommendations for and execute changes in operations to ensure maximum effective service provision.
