Coordinator, Regional Events – Meetings
Entrepreneurs' Organization
• Serve as Registration lead for all designated Global Events and Meetings (North America and LAC Region) • Create event listings for each Global Event in CRM • Manage payment processing and post-event reconciliation in CRM and Excel documents • Respond to member calls and emails regarding all general inquiries concerning registration process and events • Provide accurate and timely registration reports to the VP, Directors, Managers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 or more years administrative experience, association work, event planning or coordination related work
- Proficiency in MS Excel is a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Presentations tools
- Excellent customer service skills
- Advanced written and spoken English
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15% of the time
