Job Description

Enterprise Account Executive

Greenhouse Software

• Lead the full sales cycle for new Enterprise (1,000+ employees) accounts • Actively prospect to supplement lead flow from Enterprise Sales Development Representatives • Drive an effective sales process to hit (and exceed!) quarterly goals • Leverage AI to streamline workflows and personalize outreach • Analyze conversation sentiment and identify deal risks early

Job Requirements

  • Multi-year track record of success in enterprise-level SaaS
  • Proven ability to orchestrate highly technical six-figure deals ($100K+ ARR)
  • History of meeting or exceeding $1M+ annual quotas
  • Experience building consensus across complex multi-stakeholder organizations
  • Mastery of strategic prospecting and account-based outreach
  • Experience selling Human Resources technology (HRIS, HCM, Talent Acquisition, etc.) is a plus
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Accord, Salesloft (or similar tools) is a plus
