Job Requirements
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale IT environments.
- Experience managing SaaS application access using IAM best practices, including RBAC, SSO integrations, and automated provisioning workflows.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with endpoint management, including: MDM administration in Intune and Jamf, device imaging using MDT and Autopilot, patch management for end-user devices, and application packaging and deployment.
- Strong knowledge of core Microsoft enterprise technologies: Entra ID/Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and Exchange.
