• Define and execute the Finance technology vision and roadmap across Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Payments, and T&E. Partner with Finance leadership to optimize workflows, improve automation, and strengthen operational controls across OTC, P2P, R2R. • Serve as the subject matter expert for NetSuite ERP, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting across modules like OM, Billing, Revenue, GL, AR, AP, Inventory and COGS. • Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements, user stories, and process flows from Finance, Accounting, and other cross-functional stakeholders. • Drive AI driven automation opportunities to enhance reconciliations, forecasting, anomaly detection, close acceleration, and exception handling, drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives across key financial workflows. • Support and optimize processes from quoting/contract management through billing, invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition (NetSuite ARM or Zuora Revenue). • Optimize procurement, vendor management, expense reporting (Zip and Netsuite integration support), and accounts payable processes. • Support month-end/quarter-end close activities, general ledger management, financial reporting, and compliance activities. • Collaborate with other Business Systems Analysts, Product Managers, Developers to manage the product backlog, configure system changes, and support testing (SIT, UAT) and successful deployment of enhancements and new features. • Ensure strict adherence to IT SOX compliance, audit requirements, access controls, and change management processes. Gather and maintain audit evidence. • Manage intake, triage, and resolution of production issues within defined SLAs. Configure saved searches, reports, and dashboards to improve system visibility and performance. Support Month-end and quarter-end close processes. • Oversee and troubleshoot data integrity and system integrations between NetSuite and ancillary systems (e.g. CPQ, Commerce platforms, ZIP, Data Lake etc.). • Lead and mentor junior business systems analysts to deliver measurable outcomes and operational excellence. • Manage relationships with third-party system vendors and implementation partners, including SLA tracking, escalations, and roadmap alignment.

• Act as the most senior hands-on Salesforce engineer, setting development standards and guiding best practices across the team. • Build and lead the development of advanced solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs. • Design and implement robust integrations between Salesforce and key enterprise systems such as ERP, Marketing platforms, and data systems. • Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, documentation, and deployment through strong development lifecycle practices. • Support and mentor other developers and administrators, helping raise engineering capability across the Salesforce team. • Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, reduce technical debt, and strengthen the overall Salesforce architecture.

• Supporting and mentoring a small team of firmware engineers—ensuring technical direction matches the architectural intent, reviewing designs, and building a culture of responsiveness and collaboration. • Developing firmware features across our energy storage product lines: telemetry, control loops, cloud connectivity, and hardware abstraction layers. • Owning system integration —working closely with hardware, data, and software teams to ensure seamless interoperability across the full stack. • Driving quality through design reviews, automated testing, and documentation. (We believe engineers own their own QA.) • Debugging and optimizing real-time embedded applications and serial communication interfaces in the field and in the lab. • Supporting scaling operations —deployment tooling, remote monitoring, and root-cause analysis of field issues across a growing fleet. • Participate in on-call rotation for escalated technical issues.

• Collect and assess system requirements from business users to guarantee seamless configuration and delivery of business applications. • Collaborate with IT colleagues and business partners to successfully implement solutions that align with IRC’s mission and business needs. • Lead the administration, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise business systems used across departments including finance, supply chain, HR, and other operational functions. • Acquire domain expertise in cross-functional business processes and the systems that support them while keeping abreast of industry trends and novel technologies. • Manage relationships with software vendors and implementation partners to support system enhancements and issue resolution. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, system configurations, data flows, and security models. • Coordinate with QA teams to support functional, user acceptance, and regression testing across systems. • Support processes for system updates, advancements, and new implementations.
