• Translate operational workflows and lender pain points into clear feature requirements and measurable outcomes. • Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, data, operations, legal/compliance) to design, build, and ship features. • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all solutions meet regulatory, audit, and explainability standards. • Instrument lending servicing features for performance measurement (accuracy, deflection, compliance rates, etc.) and drive continuous iteration. • Act as the internal evangelist for new capabilities, providing product expertise to operations, customer success, and clients. • Stay ahead of emerging AI capabilities and vendor landscape to inform the roadmap.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in fintech, credit, lending, payments, or similar regulated domains.
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams and shipping in regulated environments.
- Strong analytical skills (SQL fluency, experimentation, metrics definition).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and business audiences.
- Comfort balancing strategic vendor partnerships with hands-on product development.
- Obsession for operational detail, scalability, and compliance.
- Nice to have: Understanding of lending servicing or collections workflows.
- Experience building or launching AI-powered products, ideally involving Agentic AI, NLP, chat/voice automation, or compliance tools.
- Prior engineering or data experience.
