Role Description As the Manager of Client & Product Solutions, you will work directly with the industry's most complex institutions to help them adopt Avantos AI, driving large-scale AI transformation across their organizations. Your role will help to define R&D for our company, providing critical inputs for continued product experimentation and iteration. This role requires a strategic mindset combined with the ability to act operationally. Working hand in hand with engineers, you will assist in translating real client needs into actionable product insights, guide solution design, and help optimize how our technology is deployed in the field. You will also play a role in shaping the R&D roadmap by driving a tight feedback loop between clients and engineering, ensuring our products continue to evolve in ways that deliver meaningful, long term impact across the institutions we serve. Responsibilities - Client Engagement: Support and sometimes lead client communications and coordination, requirements elicitation & analysis, and project task management. - Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams (developers, architects) to define and design technology solutions that meet the business objectives, ensuring alignment with overall IT strategy. - Product Success: Partner closely with pod teammates to inform roadmap priorities and support in AI solutioning. Qualifications - 2-5 years' experience in technology consulting or digital transformation at an Enterprise SaaS or Financial Services company. - Proven track record supporting complex, multi-stakeholder implementations that involve interaction or collaboration with senior-level stakeholders. - Direct experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering leaders. - Technology Acumen: Knowledge of technology concepts, software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, comfort engaging in technical discussions. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to translate technical concepts into clear, concise solutions for both non-technical and executive audiences. Preferred Qualifications - Educational background in engineering, computer science, information systems, or quantitative systems.
Role Description We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong frontend core — someone who thinks in React/Next.js first, but is fully capable of contributing at the backend layer using Golang when needed. - Lead frontend architecture and experience design — owning React/Next.js interfaces end-to-end, with a focus on performance, UX, and scalability. - Integrate cleanly with backend services and contribute to Golang APIs when needed — not just consume them. - Collaborate tightly with product and design on experience decisions — not just implementation. - Influence architecture, reliability, performance strategy, and engineering standards. - Write high-quality, clean, well-structured code — and enforce that quality in reviews. - Act as a technical force multiplier — mentoring, unblocking, and setting the technical bar. Qualifications - 8+ years of engineering experience building production web applications. - Expert-level frontend depth — React + Next.js mastery (streaming, modern rendering patterns, state strategy). - Proven ability to design high-performance, scalable, modern frontend systems with clarity and intentionality. - Solid backend competency — ideally Golang, but strong API design fluency is required. - Deep understanding of performance, caching, hydration, code splitting, bundling, deploy strategy, DX/UX tradeoffs. - Product and architecture instincts — you care about what should be built, not just how. Requirements - AI, fintech, or data-intensive product experience (nice to have). - Experience shaping design systems, frontend platforms, or reusable architecture patterns (nice to have). - Edge rendering, observability tooling, or event-driven architecture familiarity (nice to have). - Experience with relational databases (Postgres) (nice to have). Benefits - Competitive compensation + meaningful equity. - Opportunity to define the technical foundation of a greenfield AI platform. - A culture optimized for engineering excellence, focus, deep work, and ownership — not ticket factories.
Role Description We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to lead and scale our frontend and end-to-end testing infrastructure—ensuring our React and Next.js applications are fast, stable, and flawless. - Develop, maintain, and scale end-to-end test automation for our web applications using Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript). - Write clean, reusable, and modular test code that aligns with product requirements and reflects real-world user behavior. - Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, designers, and product managers to define test coverage and acceptance criteria. - Validate features built with React and Next.js, including SSR/SSG flows, dynamic routing, and component interactions. - Ensure coverage for all major browsers (Chromium, Firefox, WebKit) and environments (mobile/desktop). - Optimize test performance using smart isolation, mocking, and CI/CD integration. - Analyze flaky tests and build robust pipelines with retrial, trace viewing, and reporting. - Participate in agile rituals: sprint planning, code reviews, stand-ups, and retros. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in test automation for modern web applications, with proven experience in Playwright and JavaScript/TypeScript. - Deep understanding of testing React and Next.js applications, including component and routing behavior. - Hands-on experience with writing and maintaining E2E tests, using Playwright's test runner or integration in a Next.js context. - Familiarity with Git and GitHub workflows (branching, pull requests, CI integrations). - Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for both test and product issues. - Knowledge of web performance metrics, accessibility checks, and frontend reliability patterns. Requirements - Experience with unit testing tools like Jest, Vitest, or React Testing Library. - Familiarity with backend APIs (REST, GraphQL) and integration testing. - Exposure to performance testing, visual regression tools, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, CircleCI). - Experience working in cross-functional teams within an agile environment. - Comfort with logging, tracing, and debugging in a headless and cross-browser environment. Benefits - Competitive salary and benefits package. - The opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced, AI-first FinTech company. - A culture that encourages ownership, learning, and innovation. - Work alongside highly accomplished engineers and product leaders.
