Overview Processing assistant Responsibilities - Become expert on and evaluate best practices for Retail Production as well as missed opportunities as it relates to origination, fulfillment and support. - Constantly collect feedback and insights to determine a multifaceted training program for Retail Branch Ops and Sales Staff; beyond the goals of a single training course. - Gain National alignment from various departments and collaborate to create a “National experience” and allow for National fulfillment standards. - Collaborate/Design/Administer a formal peer-to-peer certification programs and “learning loops” for Retail Branch Ops and Sales Staff (Translate Knowledge/Gain knowledge, Practice/Apply Knowledge, Get Feedback). - Develop and present efficiencies to aid production team in managing pipelines more effectively and profitably by leveraging knowledge and tools offered (report Heather is doing today) - Works with key departments within the company on behalf of the Production/Production Support groups. - Assisting Solution Manager Production Alliance for Learning and Success (PALS) in main objectives as determined - Working Help Desk to assist in Production support for Retail Branch Ops/Sales Qualifications - Ability to make sound judgments regarding the resolution of service, credit decision, funding and post-close issues. - Ability to problem-solve and exercise independent judgment while displaying a high degree of initiative. - Ability to handle high level assignments, delegating as needed. - Maintain confidentiality. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Organizational skills necessary to prioritize workload and delegate responsibility (if applicable). - Minimum 3 years’ experience, with mortgage industry experience preferred. - Four-year college degree in business, finance or 3 years’ experience in related field - College-level coursework and/or equivalent work experience - Position preferably will be physically located at our Corona Corporate office if employee commutes within a 50 mile radius of the Corporate Office, however, remote work space may be an option if employee is outside of the 50 mile radius to Corporate.
