The Shared Services Analyst performs tasks including but not limited to collecting rent and other monies due, collecting former resident move out balances, generating renewal offers, performing monthly close out, and preparing final account statements. Camden’s Shared Services Analysts must have exceptional communication skills and engage with internal and external customers in a professional and accurate manner.
