• Be hyper-responsive to inbound leads generated through the website, social media or advertising • Qualify prospects to see if we’re a good fit and if they’re ready to take the next step in the sales process • Manage and nurture leads until they are ready to be connected with an AE • Research and identify potential customers • Connect with prospects by cold calling or cold emailing • Write and adapt email scripts and sequences • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads
