• Supporto alle attività di vendita inbound , con gestione e qualificazione dei lead interessati ai programmi Startup Builder e Startup Booster • Partecipazione alla gestione del processo di vendita , dall’analisi delle candidature fino al supporto nelle fasi di proposta e onboarding • Comunicazione costante con founder e team di startup, fornendo supporto informativo e operativo durante il processo di valutazione • Affiancamento nelle call di vendita e di approfondimento , con l’obiettivo di comprendere bisogni, obiettivi e livello di maturità delle startup • Collaborazione con il team Marketing per allineare messaggi, funnel e attività commerciali • Utilizzo e aggiornamento del CRM , con monitoraggio delle pipeline e supporto nella reportistica delle performance commerciali • Analisi dei dati relativi alle attività sales, contribuendo all’ottimizzazione dei processi e alla creazione di nuove opportunità di business • Collaborazione trasversale con team interno, mentor e stakeholder per garantire coerenza tra offerta, vendita e delivery dei programmi
Job Requirements
- Interesse 10X per il mondo delle startup e dell’innovazione.
- Abilità analitiche e approccio data-driven .
- Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.
- Ottima conoscenza di strumenti come Excel o Google Sheets .
- Intraprendenza, proattività e capacità di rispettare scadenze e priorità.
- Propensione alla collaborazione e al rispetto dei valori aziendali.

As and Enrollment Advisor you will: - Be skilled at identifying and understanding prospective students’ needs. - Use critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving when working to identify the needs of each prospective student. - Engage in outreach to prospective students via phone, text and email, following expected cadence. - Through meaningful conversations, qualify new inquiries and applicants for degree programs and encourage timely application progression - Be able to clearly articulate institutional offerings and differentiators, both to individual prospects as well as to larger audiences during virtual and in-person events. - Guide prospects through the application lifecycle from inquiry through deposit, ensuring that they receive accurate and ethical advice that is consistent with the university’s defined policies and procedures. - Lead with integrity and credibility, acting in the best interest of our university partner and their prospective students. You have: - A Bachelor's Degree (and possibly graduate experience!) - 1+ years of higher education, admissions, recruitment, and/or sales experience is preferred but not required - Project management experience preferred but not required. - A positive attitude coupled with grit, drive, and persistence. - Experience with and/or ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects. - Strong time management skills, resourceful, and can demonstrate a strong ability to work independently with little direction.
