• Pipeline generation • Take ownership of the top of our sales funnel and, after full ramp-up, generate 50+ qualified meetings per month. • Master our signal-based outbound methodology within your first 2 weeks. • Run multi-channel outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn and phone. • Qualify prospects based on our ICP criteria and strategic fit. • Engage prospects proactively. • Research and identify decision-makers at target accounts. • Write highly personalized messages that stand out and generate replies. • Handle objections and qualify purchase intent before booking meetings. • Use our advanced sales tool stack to maximize efficiency and output. • Maintain detailed CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline forecasting. • Test and iterate messaging frameworks to improve conversion rates. • Handover thoroughly to Account Executives for seamless transitions. • Deliver insights from prospect conversations to refine our ICP and positioning.
Job Requirements
- 0–2 years' experience as an SDR/BDR or demonstrable top performance in customer-facing roles.
- Very strong written and verbal communication in German and English.
- Ability to quickly understand and clearly articulate complex value propositions.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail in target customer/prospect qualification.
- Resilience and persistence in handling rejection.
- Digital fluency and the ability to quickly master new sales tools.
