Support Specialist

ACES Quality Management

• Provide timely, professional support to clients via email and virtual meetings • Troubleshoot and resolve standard support issues, escalating more complex or advanced cases when needed • Assist with the setup and basic troubleshooting of system features under guidance • Provide web-based training to clients on core product functionality • Accurately document support tickets, including issue details, steps taken, and resolution outcomes

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in residential mortgage
  • 1–3 years in a technical support, customer support, or application support role
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and sound judgment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools

Qualifications - Demonstrate strong knowledge of insurance products and usages, rating procedures, underwriting procedures, coverages, and industry operations to effectively manage, maintain, and write assigned clients and prospects. - Demonstrate strong customer focus and an excellent phone manner; display strong written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent math and reading skills to perform calculations. - Possess a sense of urgency, attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking, and follow-up skills, and the ability to handle difficult situations with customers and solve complex problems without direct supervision. - Have excellent time management skills with a personal accountability mindset as well as technology and computer proficiency, including agency management systems, rating tools, and carrier website navigation.
