Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support, team management, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with Zendesk, Shipstation, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent English skills (B2-C1).
