Manager, Product Design

• Lead a team of designers dedicated to delivering intuitive, high-quality user experiences. • Manage and mentor designers while partnering with Product Management and Engineering. • Shape strategy, define roadmaps, and drive measurable outcomes for users and the business. • Champion user-centered design practices across the organization. • Maintain a high bar for quality, usability, and consistency across product touchpoints. • Actively manage and mentor designers, fostering a culture of growth, high performance, and inclusion. • Facilitate design critiques and feedback loops to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience, including a proven track record of managing and mentoring product designers.
  • Strong background in UX and UI design for digital products, with experience working with design systems at scale.
  • Proven ability to collaborate deeply with Product and Engineering partners to influence strategy and prioritization.
  • Comfort navigating complex problem spaces and driving clarity for the team in shifting environments.
  • Excellent ability to articulate design decisions, trade-offs, and the "why" behind solutions to stakeholders.
  • Experience in agile or outcome-driven product organizations with a background in user research or service design.
  • A portfolio or track record of delivering impactful, user-centered products that move the needle.
