• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly communicate how our products should function and feel • Advocate for the user by incorporating research, personas, and best practices into your design decisions • Identify friction in user flows and proactively propose solutions before and during implementation • Collaborate closely with development and testing teams, supporting features as they move from design to release • Contribute to and maintain UX standards, helping ensure consistency across our products • Create and conduct user research and usability testing to continuously improve the experience
Job Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience designing digital products, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong problem-solving and execution
- Proficiency in Figma, including component-based design, auto layout, and prototyping
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Experience translating complex requirements into clear, intuitive design solutions
- Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that are ready for development
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with user research methods and the ability to apply insights to design decisions
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain design rationale to a variety of stakeholders
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to manage your own work, prioritize effectively, and move projects forward with appropriate guidance.
