Take on additional tasks outside of normal responsibilities to ensure team and company success, reflecting a "Mission First" mentality. - In periods of low Implementation volume, participate in trainings and process confirmations for other partner teams at Honor in order to be ready to support as necessary. Leadership Principles in Action as Implementation Associate: Honor’s Leadership Principles are the foundation of translating our mission into action. These principles define how we show up and make decisions, and how we hire, develop and grow talent.
