Job Description Key Responsibilities - Overall, 7 to 10 years of IT experience with at least 5+ years of OIC Development experience and remaining years of Fusion / EBS Technical. - Provide L3-level support and technical ownership for Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) within a managed services environment - Design, enhance, and optimize integrations between Oracle ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud, third-party SaaS products, and on‑premise systems - Support and improve existing integrations, ensuring high availability, performance, and adherence to SLA/KPI commitments - Apply strong knowledge of Oracle SaaS and PaaS extension and integration patterns to drive continual service improvement - Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues, including fault handling, reprocessing, and recovery - Ensure data security, compliance, and governance across Oracle SaaS, OIC, and OCI-based integrations - Work closely with functional teams and customers, using knowledge of Finance, Procurement, HCM, and SCM to deliver business-aligned solutions - Design, maintain, and support operational and analytical reporting using: - Oracle BI - OTBI - BICC - FRS - Manage incidents, problems, and changes in line with ITIL processes, ensuring controlled and auditable delivery - Act as a technical escalation point, collaborating with Oracle Support where required - Support customer transitions into managed services following Cloud implementations or vendor exit - Identify recurring issues, lead root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes - Contribute to service documentation, knowledge bases, runbooks, and standard operating procedures Qualifications Skills & Experience Essential Skills - Strong hands-on experience supporting and enhancing Oracle OIC, VBCS, and VBS in production environments - Proven experience integrating: - Oracle ERP Cloud - Oracle HCM Cloud - SaaS-to-SaaS and SaaS-to-PaaS solutions - Extensive use of OIC adapters, including: - Oracle ERP Adapter - File Server Adapter - Database Adapter - FTP Adapter - Experience configuring and maintaining the OIC Connectivity Agent for on‑premise integrations - Strong experience with FBDI file generation, upload, and troubleshooting - Advanced fault handling, reprocessing strategies, and error management in OIC - Solid technical background in SQL / PL-SQL, ATP / DBCS, and performance tuning - Strong reporting and support experience with Oracle BI and OTBI - Ability to translate service issues and change requests into practical, supportable technical solutions - Good working knowledge of ITIL incident, problem, and change management - Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and customer-facing communication skills Desirable Skills - Experience supporting reporting tools such as Smart View and FRS - Exposure to: - BPM workflows - Application Composer - OBIEE / OBIA - Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) / Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) - Oracle Cloud Technical Certifications Additional Information Why Version 1?
