Demonstrate continuous development – have an agreed Individual Development Plan (IDP) that you commit to each year. Proactively seek cross-franchise collaboration – liaise with other Stryker colleagues in your accounts to optimise Stryker opportunities and customer relationships. Experience required Minimum 2 years sales experience is essential, ideally within medical sales (joint replacement would be a bonus). Commercial acumen, an appreciation of budgetary and cost issues surrounding theatres and surgical procedures. • Computer skills, MS Office. • Presentation skills with modern presentation media. • Workshop/demonstration skills/training skills. • Good working knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
