• Work with team members across multiple offices • Monitor US GAAP and SEC developments for compliance • Evaluate compliance actions for revenue recognition • Complete month-end close activities including revenue reconciliation • Help with process improvements for revenue reporting • Document reviews following ASC 606 accounting standards • Train partners on revenue recognition rules and policies • Perform contract analysis to ensure proper accounting

Job Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging AI in work processes
  • 3+ years of applicable Accounting experience
  • Experience with US GAAP under ASC 606
  • SaaS revenue accounting experience is a plus
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Products especially Excel
  • Prior SAP is a plus

Title: Staff Accountant Location: Dallas United States Job Description: Position Summary The Staff Accountant supports our corporate accounting operations and accounts payable processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, cash applications, and month-end close. This role helps ensure timely, accurate invoice processing and payment execution, responds to vendor inquiries, and partners with internal teams to research and resolve discrepancies. Responsibilities Staff Accountant - Process cash applications and ensure accurate posting and documentation. - Record and reconcile AP check voids, ACH returns, and portal payments. - Prepare ad hoc analyses and journal entries with appropriate support. - Support month-end close by preparing analyses and posting recurring and non-routine entries. - Perform timely account reconciliations and investigate variances. - Perform intercompany accounting activities, including settlements and balance confirmations. - Upload external trial balances and maintain mappings to the chart of accounts. - Create and maintain process documentation; participate in continuous improvement efforts across corporate accounting. Accounts Payable - Respond to vendor inquiries and monitor the AP inbox; route and resolve issues as needed. - Upload invoices to OpenInvoice and verify the required supporting documentation for payment. - Initiate payment proposals in accordance with established controls and approval workflows. - Resolve errors related to payment proposals, OpenInvoice, and GR/IR processing; research root causes and coordinate corrections. - Enter EFT and check requests, and validate key vendor and remittance details. Required Skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and internal controls. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Required Experience & Education - Bachelor’s degree required; Accounting strongly preferred. - 1–3 years of accounting experience. - CPA or CPA-eligible is a plus. Contract type: Full-time, Permanent Location: Brighton, Brighton Head Office (Remote) The Assistant Financial Accountant role supports the Senior Financial Accountant and is responsible for the integrity of the general ledger for the UK & EU ISCs business. This involves the management of general ledger entries (revenue, payroll, overheads & marketing), variance analysis, balance sheet reporting, reconciliation and controls, monitoring of systems and processes, and relationship management with FP&A teams across the Group. ABOUT THE ROLE - Maintenance of general ledgers including revenue and staff expenses postings, accruals, prepayments and other general ledger journals - Liaise with the FP&A team to explain monthly variances to budget and YoY - Ensure consistency and accuracy of coding of invoices, expenses and other items - Ensure all payroll journals are correctly posted - Preparation of monthly balance sheet presentation journals - Prepare schedules for the year-end audit and interim audit - Completing actuals for liquidity reporting - Completion of ONS returns when necessary. - Prepare monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, including unearned revenue, accruals and prepayments.
