• Drive ARPU growth by at least 15% quarter-over-quarter as your primary KPI, taking ownership of all operational levers outside Marketing. • Shape the long-term vision and strategy of the product, leveraging market research, user data, and best practices to fuel continual ARPU growth. • Define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap and backlog with a laser focus on revenue growth, feature delivery, and speed to market. • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to ensure efficient implementation of features, improvements, and strategic initiatives that maximize monetization. • Oversee the end-to-end launch process for new features and product enhancements, ensuring swift delivery and measurable ARPU impact. • Establish and continuously improve processes for product development and team operations to maximize efficiency, quality, and velocity. • Make data-driven decisions on resource allocation to prioritize projects and features with the highest revenue potential. • Ensure full alignment between product decisions, ARPU targets, and overall business goals, consistently communicating priorities across the organization. • Foster a performance-driven team culture that embraces accountability, rapid iteration, and relentless pursuit of results.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a proven history working on subscription-based digital products.
  • Demonstrated success in improving ARPU and/or ARPPU metrics, ideally with clear, quantifiable outcomes.
  • Advanced understanding of retention metrics, churn reduction strategies, and lifecycle optimization for recurring revenue models.
  • Strong grasp of UI/UX principles and experience with component-based design systems that enable monetization and user engagement.
  • Highly analytical, with a track record of leveraging user behavior analysis, market research, and segmentation to inform tactical decisions and strategy.
  • Experience with user behavior analysis and segmentation.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, promoting operational excellence, and delivering high-impact features at speed.
  • Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Role Description Belden is seeking a Product Line Manager to lead the Transceiver product line. This position will be responsible for strategic product management and market launches in all regions. This is a remote opportunity and the position reports to the Director Product Management. Qualifications - Bachelors degree in engineering, marketing or field relevant to the primary functions of the role; Masters degree preferred. Requirements - Minimum three (3) years of B2B product/portfolio management experience with cable and telco service providers. - Proven experience overseeing and driving product development and new product launches. - Experience with distribution and direct selling model and in the overall commercial works of sales. - Knowledge of pricing and capital budgeting, inventory turns, SIOP (Sales Inventory Operations Planning) experience, sales budgeting and sales plan development. - Experience building a value story.
