The Grail area is responsible for scalable, distributed writing and reading of data, Dynatrace Query Language (DQL) and Distributed Query execution. Your future role: - You will drive new innovative core product capabilities, with quality, hyperscale and high-performance in mind. - Working in a team with highly professional product managers and engineering teams responsible for storing and analyzing observability data in a highly performant and scalable manner in Grail and for the Dynatrace Query Language (DQL). - You own the functional- and use case-based aspects of product roadmap, represent the end user’s point of view, and strive for innovative solutions by answering the WHY and understanding the end user’s pain points. - As part of a larger team, you drive the product roadmap definition and our near-term and long-term product strategy. - You work together with our agile R&D teams to deliver product capabilities that WOW customers and create value-add that sells and impacts product adoption in a measurable fashion. - You will be working together with key stakeholders, both internal and external to identify requirements and opportunities for additional customer and business value. - You will manage a wide range of requirements and deduct common denominators, finding generalized concepts fitting into a centralized Platform. - Acting as a companywide accepted expert that drives knowledge not only into the organization but also to the customers. - You manage cross-functional product initiatives with our customer support to excel in customer support situations, prevent escalations and “smooth sailing”. - Partnering with product marketing to develop targeted messaging, define go-to-market strategies and tactics, and enable the sales team. You will own the "Ground Truth" reality of our projects, managing the daily lifecycle of data annotation, RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback), and model evaluation pipelines. You will serve as the primary operational liaison for client engineering teams, ensuring transparency, velocity, and data integrity. The PM Data Ops is expected to have the experience to perform the duties described below for engagements focused on consulting/delivery management within the Frontier AI Data subject matter area, often supporting larger programs led by a PM Data Ops Lead or independently leading mid-sized engagements. Key Responsibilities Product Operations & Execution (The "Data Engine") ● Flywheel Operations: Execute the daily "flywheel" of data ingestion and delivery, actively manage annotation queues, monitor throughput velocities, and identify "blocked" tasks to ensure continuous data flow between client buckets and labeling platforms. ● Evaluation Reporting: Implement and track the evaluation success metrics (KPIs) defined by the strategic roadmap. Generate daily and weekly reports on model performance, annotator efficiency, and data distribution to provide actionable insights to Research and Engineering stakeholders. ● Prompt Library Maintenance: Maintain and version-control complex prompt libraries used for Red Teaming and model stress-testing.
