Salesforce Platform Solutions Engineer II

• Serve as the primary systems manager for the Customer Relationship Management platform and corresponding applications. • Handle needs assessments and cost/benefit analysis to align the technology of the company with their business strategies. • Receive business needs from internal stakeholders and solicit product and enhancement requirements from end users. • Convert requests from both into workable solutions optimizing business and end user value. • Responsible for overall system design documentation and assisting in successful rollout of new features and enhancements. • Facilitate and translate business requirements into technical requirements to guide the implementation of new features, systems, enhancements and upgrades. • Work with vendors to ensure the system solution satisfies the business requirements. • Meet decision makers, systems owners, and end users to help identify business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals. • Act as technical focal point for the business in presentations of new system/application to Application and Architecture Review Board. • Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems or functionalities for business process enhancement.

Job Requirements

  • College diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, computer science, engineering, or management information systems or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 10+ years related work experience.
  • Strong IT background with an understanding of banking operations, products, processes and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required.
  • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed along with strong critical thinking and engineering/re-engineering skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and work though workflow analysis.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative and customer-centric environment.
  • Familiarity with corporate security policies and managing user access/profiles.

You are a product expert and will leverage your knowledge to ensure our Enterprise customers understand and utilize the Cloudflare platform to its fullest extent.
