Commercial Lines Client Service Manager
Higginbotham
• Assisting producers and clients in maintaining insurance coverage for commercial lines of insurance • Processing and invoicing policies, endorsements, audits, and cancellations • Prepare endorsement requests to send to insurance carriers • Follow-up on receipt of endorsements to existing policies • Handling/processing of cancellations and billing issues • Communication with staff and clients as needed to gather needed information for changes to policies • Provide technical support to Marketing Executives and Producers as needed
Job Requirements
- 2 years of experience in property and casualty servicing preferred
- Active Property and Casualty license required (company will help candidate obtain licensure if needed)
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Applied Epic experience preferred, but knowledge of similar Account Management System (AMS) is acceptable
