• Assist Account Managers by scheduling locum providers and processing timecards/expenses • Act as a liaison between clients, agencies, and the internal team • Organize phone screens and ensure schedules are updated accurately • Keep inboxes organized and respond to client and agency emails promptly • Handle issues effectively and maintain a positive company image • Work closely with the Account Management team, keeping them informed

• Lead operational strategy, governance, and execution to support scalable growth and reliable delivery. • Partner with the CTO to align technology delivery with business priorities and customer commitments. • Define and manage performance metrics including ROI, delivery predictability, cost efficiency, and customer outcomes. • Oversee post-sales execution to drive retention, value realization, and customer satisfaction. • Integrate priorities across Sales, Operations, Finance, Technology, and Customer Success. • Ensure regulatory, security, and data protection compliance. • Own operational execution and commercial performance of strategic platform expansion initiatives (MSP + marketplace).
