• Leading and managing initiatives that support the successful delivery of new process and standardization • Overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and implementation • Collaborating with cross-functional teams • Managing projects impacting Field Operations Teams • Creating captivating & impactful presentations • Gathering and analyzing data to assist in project approvals and tracking improvements • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains • Implementing best practices and methodologies • Providing support to the team, including taking meeting notes and documenting key actions • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders • Effectively communicating project status and progress to all stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or six years of equivalent practical work experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good analytical skills including proficiency with Excel and other data analysis tools
  • Telecom/Cable/Internet Service Provider industry experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in a corporate setting, preferably in a similar role
  • Maintaining organization best practices and design methods in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Adobe tools and other Infographic tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
