Project Manager

• Plan, manage, and monitor project execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget • Initiate and tailor projects according to the most suitable delivery model and best practices • Coordinate and track technical projects spanning multiple internal teams • Conduct thorough project risk analysis and communicate risks effectively • Control KPIs (profitability, revenue, utilization, attrition) and take corrective actions • Create clear and concise documentation, leveraging AI-assisted tools where appropriate • Collaborate with the Recruiting Team to plan and onboard required hires; ensure professional growth of team members • Act as an internal stakeholders’ advocate, identifying additional service opportunities • Define project vision and goals, product functionality, and process optimization opportunities • Implement best practices and tools for project execution, including AI-assisted approaches • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices and safe AI usage
Job Requirements
- At least 4 years of commercial experience in project management
- Strong knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, and tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven experience in Fixed Price projects
- Strong risk management and leadership skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced understanding of corporate environments and objectives
- Ability to manage projects involving automation, integrations, and enterprise technologies
- Awareness of AI capabilities and limitations, with readiness to incorporate AI practices
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
- Experience with Document Management Systems
- Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms
- Knowledge of AI-assisted project management tools
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or similar
