• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to execute strategies for managing and converting inbound leads. • Regularly perform against individual monthly and/or quarterly targets: pipeline creation, conversion rates, appointments set, and follow-up calls assigned to quota-carrying sales team. • Collaborate with Sales and other stakeholders on reporting and analysis. • Ensure CRM tools and value-selling methodologies are leveraged to process and track opportunities. • Generate qualified meetings and sales pipeline within strategic and targeted accounts. • Manage target account lists and drive a comprehensive demand generation plan. • Maintain a high level of daily activity, including calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach. • Use advanced prospecting tools such as LinkedIn, Zoominfo, and other tools to uncover new opportunities and build trust with prospects. • Keep up to date with the financial technology industry and competitive landscape. • Demonstrate a clear understanding of sales processes and product and service value propositions. • Prioritize client needs and ensure a positive experience throughout the sales process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience required.
- 3 years of experience working as a SaaS business or sales development representative looking to progress their career.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce, Outreach.io, and Zoominfo.
- Strong history of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Experience working both inbound and outbound channels.
- Proficiency in cold calling, email personalization, and social selling.
- Passion for team collaboration and helping others succeed.A client-first mentality with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
