• Drive product growth by improving key metrics across acquisition and activation funnels • Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and feedback to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities • Generate and prioritize hypotheses, participate in A/B testing, and measure their impact on conversion and monetization • Collaborate closely with marketing, design, analytics, and research teams to achieve impactful business results
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a growth-focused role (e.g., Growth Product Manager, Product Manager)
- Hands-on experience with growth metrics, A/B testing, product analytics
- Basic understanding of design principles and copywriting strategies
- Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Experience working on B2C or subscription-based products is a plus
- Interest in the fashion domain is a plus
