About Stitch Fix, Inc. Stitch Fix (NASDAQ: SFIX) is the leading online personal styling service that helps people discover the styles they will love that fit perfectly so they always look - and feel - their best. Few things are more personal than getting dressed, but finding clothing that fits and looks great can be a challenge. Stitch Fix solves that problem. By pairing expert stylists with best-in-class AI and recommendation algorithms, the company leverages its assortment of exclusive and national brands to meet each client's individual tastes and needs, making it convenient for clients to express their personal style without having to spend hours in stores or sifting through endless choices online. Stitch Fix, which was founded in 2011, is headquartered in San Francisco. About the Team At Stitch Fix, our Selection Team sits at the heart of inventory intelligence — powering the decision-making behind what we buy and how we sell through it including over $100 million in inventory investments. We're part of the Digital Supply Networks organization, building tools to empower our merchandising team to deliver the right products to our clients at the right time. About the Role At Stitch Fix, how we evaluate and learn about new inventory is core to our differentiated model. We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Product Manager to lead our Product Evaluation & Assortment Platform team. This team is responsible for the workflows and tools that support how inventory is evaluated from the time it’s purchased through its arrival, playing a critical role in how we make early decisions about new products that impact the client experience and business performance. Success in this role comes from learning quickly, applying first-principles thinking, and turning early signals into clear, actionable decisions. You will define and evolve how we generate early insights and predictions about product performance across different inventory models, leading to faster, more confident decisions early in the product lifecycle. You will also own how merchandising tools work together, including bringing recommendations into the tools teams use every day. This includes building scalable, consistent patterns for how systems integrate and share information, helping teams work more efficiently, make better decisions in their day-to-day workflows, and connect workflows across the broader inventory lifecycle. You're excited about this opportunity because you will… - Shape how Stitch Fix evaluates and learns about new products from the beginning of their lifecycle - Apply first-principles thinking to turn ambiguous problems into clear, actionable ideas - Work on high-impact, highly visible problems that influence inventory investment, product performance, and client experience - Drive a critical system transformation toward a more unified, scalable merchandising platform - Partner across merchandising, data science, and engineering to connect strategy, systems, and decision-making - Help shape how AI changes both what we build and how we build products - Enjoy diving into technical details across data systems, APIs, and integrations to solve complex problems We’re excited about you because… - You have 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in e-commerce, complex marketplace platforms, or data intensive environments. - You have a technical background that allows you to understand data systems, integrations, and work effectively with both engineering and data science teams. - You are a systems thinker who can connect upstream decisions (like inventory purchasing) to downstream outcomes (like product performance) - You enjoy tackling ambiguous problems and turning them into clear opportunities through new ideas and thoughtful problem-solving - You are comfortable using data to inform decisions and can connect product choices to business outcomes and tradeoffs - You have experience building or evolving complex systems or integrating with external tools and platforms - You are a strong communicator who can align stakeholders across product, engineering, and business teams - You have a bias toward action and a track record of delivering measurable impact - You actively use AI tools to improve your productivity and product development workflow, and you are excited about how AI is reshaping how products are built Why you'll love working at Stitch Fix... - We are a group of bright, kind people who are motivated by challenge. We value integrity, innovation and trust. You’ll bring these characteristics to life in everything you do at Stitch Fix. - We cultivate a community of diverse perspectives— all voices are heard and valued. - We are an innovative company and leverage our strengths in fashion and tech to disrupt the future of retail. - We win as a team, commit to our work, and celebrate grit together because we value strong relationships. - We boldly create the future while keeping equity and sustainability at the center of all that we do. - We are the owners of our work and are energized by solving problems through a growth mindset lens. We think broadly and creatively through every situation to create meaningful impact. - We offer comprehensive compensation packages and inclusive health and wellness benefits.
