Mid-level Growth Analyst

• Develop scripts and integrations (APIs, Webhooks) to automate routines, optimize budgets and scale management on platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads; • Create workflows and tools using Artificial Intelligence (LLMs, OpenAI API, etc.) to accelerate lead qualification, metrics analysis, paid media optimization and creative scalability; • Manage paid media channels such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and others; • Monitor daily performance metrics, identifying and reporting optimization opportunities; • Build and maintain data pipelines and automated dashboards, eliminating the need for manual spreadsheet exports; • Identify operational bottlenecks within the team (such as invoice control, influencer management, creative management, etc.) and develop solutions/scripts to automate these routines; • Work closely with commercial and CRM teams, translating campaign concepts and retention/acquisition promotion ideas into technically viable and scalable executions; • Perform invoice control and entry into the SAP system.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics or related fields (or equivalent practical experience in technology);
- Practical experience with integration/automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, etc.);
- Familiarity with the Artificial Intelligence ecosystem and how to apply prompts/LLMs in workflows;
- Problem-solver mindset: you see a manual process and immediately think about how to automate it;
- Intermediate/advanced English (essential for reading API documentation and technical tools);
- Results-oriented, proactive, and enjoy working in a team;
- Good communication skills and a sense of humor ;)
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing basics (understand metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS and the conversion funnel);
- Experience with languages such as Python or JavaScript (you don’t need to be a Software Developer, but it’s ideal to know how to run scripts, consume APIs, etc.);
- Knowledge of databases and SQL queries;
- Previous experience working with Growth, Marketing Ops or Paid Media teams;

Role Description The Head of Commercial Agronomy will provide strategic leadership for commercial agronomy and engage in a cross-functional reporting structure with product development agronomy.
